In my last post i did promise i will be writing on how to make your presence known in the world wide web using different blogging platform.If you have ever wish to own a blog ,here is a simple guide to getting you started on the blogger.com platform
STEP 1
To begin,if you do not have a gmail account,you need to open/create a gmail account
STEP2
To get started,visit WWW.blogger.com or WWW.blogspot.com.Click on" try template designer" as highlighted in yellow color below
STEP3
On clicking the the template designer as seen above,you will be taken to a page similar to the one below.
STEP4
Choose one of the template and then click on " apply to new blog",then you will be prompted to login into your gmail account before you continue
.Sign in to your gmail account and then you will see the page below
blog title This is the title that will be seen at the head of you blog,so choose something relevant to what you intend blogging on
blog address this will be the main identifier of you blog and you should make it as short as possible
Fill in the details and then click continue .If everything went well you will be prompted that your blog has been created and now start blogging
Now that your blog has been created,you can now start blogging
Please, do not forget your blog address because that is what you will be sharing with people for them to be visiting your blog.
Whenever you want to access your blog cotrol panel, all you just have to do is go to www.blogger.com or www.blogspot.com and input the gmail details you used when you created the blog.
