Facebook freaks can now let
their family and friend know they will soon become parent by adding the
expecting a baby life event to their time line. This new feature is in addition
to marriage, engagement, new child and other life events which facebook
launched with its timeline sometime ago. Expecting a baby option plus an
option of picture upload can convince your friend that you will be adding to
your family in the near future
What is facebook life event?
Facebook life event is an illustrative way you can show off important moments
in your life to your friends and loved ones on facebook such as buying a new home,
having a new roommate etc
Interested in sharing with your
friends you are expecting a baby? Simply
Got o your time line
On top the update box choose
life event
Choose l family and
relationship from the drop down menu
Select expecting a baby (different
from the new child option)
Fill in other details if you
like
You can also choose to upload
photo if you wish
Then save your update
To share that you had a baby:
Go to your timeline
From the sharing
tool,
click Life Event
Click Family &
Relationships
Select New Child...
Add the details you want to share and click Save
Any life event update is made public by default but you can change the option before you publish
