WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO BECOME A GLO ZONE OFFICER?

The following conditions/requirement are needed to apply to become a glo Zone customer officer

Individuals with more than five years experience in the service industry, preferably Telecom industry

Self employed in the service industry

Individuals with strong motivation

Individuals with strong management skills

Individuals with strong service delivery background

As a glo zone customer service officer,

1. you are to first adhere to Glo standard in term of standard, codes of conducts, process and procedures

2. Offer quality customer services to customers in your area of operation

3. Drive and increase the usage and awareness of glo products and services in your area of operation

4. Work toward customer’s retention, and uphold the Glo brand values by addressing customer issues promptly

 5. Refer all customer care issues beyond their control to a dedicated service line for immediate resolution

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

To apply to become a glo zone customer officer you are required to

1. Pay a non refundable fee of GHC100

2. Make Security deposit of GHC3000 on appointment

3. Present a Bank statement to prove financial capabilities to cover cost of Glo Zone Business

4. Financial statement (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc) of current Business
