AMBROSE ALI UNIVERSITY POST UTME DATE

This is to inform all 2012 utme candidates who choosed Ambrose Ali university Ekpoma as their first choice and who got 180 and above that this year post utme screening exercise has been schedule to hold on 28th June 2012 at exactly 9 am and schedule to hold as follow

 APPLICATION

Candidates are to obtain an e Transact pin for Ambrose Ali University post utme online application form at a non refundable fee of 2000 only from any of the designated banks NATIONWIDE.

Only candidates with their name on the university e portal as uploaded from the jamb first choice list are eligible  to participate.consequent upon this,candidates are advised to first check  for their  their detail from the university cpanel using their utme registration number as the login code and 

such detail is to be printed out and used as payment instructions at the bank for the purchase of the e transact PIN

Candidates are to visit the university cpanel at www.myaau.com to complete   and submit the online application form with their uploaded recent sized colored passport photograph and scanned copies of other relevant certificate

Candidates are also required to preview and confirm that the passport photograph is properly uploaded as no complaint of wrong or blank passport will be entertained after submission.Candidates are to also print out  their  a copy of the completed form with their passport

for presentation along other documents on the day of screening

DIRECT ENTRY

All direct entry candidates who choosed AAU as their first choice are required to follow the same process

The manual screening for the direct entry candidates is to take place from Monday,2nd  July to Friday 6th July 2012 from 9 a.m each day

It should be noted that there will be no direct entry into Medicine,nursing and medical laboratory science and law

All candidates are to note

Technology fee and bank charges,will be charged at the point of e PIN purhase

All names should be written in full when completing the online form as no initials shall be entertained

The application forms for UTME and Direct Entry (DE) will be available online for completion and submission from Thursday 7th June 2012 to Monday 25th June 2012.
